Mohammad Mardaani (Mardani) I'm graduate of theoretical CMP , working
on Quantum Conductance, from My advisor in PhD program was Prof. K. Esfarjani. In my thesis, specifically, we have been working on quantum conductance for periodic
Nano-wires and molecular wires. We
derived conductance and local density of states for general periodic dot,
super-lattice and Nanostructures ,fully analytically, by Green's Function (GF) and Transfer Matrix (TM)
method. I have
started my PhD studies in 2000 and got my
degree in 2005. I have got
my BSc in Atomic Physics and my MSc in CMP from SUT. Now, I'm a resident Researcher on Nano-Science, in ( IPM), My E-mail addresses are : |
